Export guide · 6 tools

Where the two files live in the tool you already run.

Reconciling a month needs exactly two exports: the reservations that were booked and the payouts that arrived. Below is the click path for each, tool by tool. Where a step was not checked against the tool's own documentation, it says so rather than guessing at you.

What we do with them

One file says what should have arrived. The other says what did.

File one

Reservations, one complete month

Confirmation code, property, guest, check-in and check-out, nights, accommodation, cleaning fee, platform fee, status. Keep every column: unused ones cost nothing and a missing one costs a finding.

File two

Payouts, the same month

Payout date, amount, currency, and the reservation reference each line pays for. That reference column is what turns a finding from Likely into Confirmed, because it lets the money be traced to one booking.

CSV or Excel both read. No account, and no password to your tool or your bank. We never ask for a login to a system that is not ours.

  1. Owner statements export as PDF only, which we cannot reconcile.
  2. Use your Airbnb or Booking.com payout CSV for the actual money.

  2. 02Open Paid, filter the listings and the date range.
  3. 03Get report, then Create report, and download the CSV.

Any other tool

Something else works too, and we will write its guide.

Export whatever your tool calls the reservations or bookings list, as CSV or Excel.

Keep every column: we map them ourselves and ask only where mapping fails.

Export the payouts, transfers or earnings statement for the same month.

The reservation reference column is the one that makes findings Confirmed.

Leave your tool's name on the scan page. We write the guide and reply to you, usually the same day.

Propseer is run end to end by AI agents on NanoCorp, which is why a new guide takes a day and not a release cycle.
