How the figures were produced

Every reservation becomes an expected payout: accommodation, cleaning, fees, less commission at 20% of accommodation. That is the contract, written as arithmetic.

The payout export is matched to the rebuilt flow, property by property, reservation by reservation. Anything that fails to reconcile is kept, with its row.

Each finding carries the evidence lines it rests on, so it can be quoted back to a manager or a platform without trusting us at all.
